Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is faulty or significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the problem.
3. If applicable, include photos of the item to demonstrate the fault.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind. We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

After crisis support ends, domestic violence survivors often face homelessness or end up right back with their abusers. Raven Collective's 10-week program offers these DV survivors paid work experience by packing hampers, managing stock, and learning invaluable employable skills. We work together to empower women's independence.
