Packaging of Gift Boxes

All our gift boxes are packed in a white printed gift box and filled with packing shreds to secure the products in place during transit.

While we pack our items as tightly as possible to minimize movement during transit, some items may shift. Raven Collective cannot be held responsible for any items that may move during delivery.

Perishable Products

We do not use refrigerated trucks for transportation. Some hampers may contain chocolate and other heat-sensitive items that could soften during transit. We are not liable for any products altered due to transportation. All products are stored in a cool environment before packing, and we strive to deliver gifts quickly to minimize this risk.

Alcoholic Items

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is illegal to supply or sell alcohol to individuals under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be purchased or received by individuals who are 18 years and older.

Alcohol cannot be purchased separately; it is included as part of our gift packages.

Gifts for Hospital Delivery

  • Length of Hospital Stay: If unsure about the recipient's length of stay, we recommend sending the gift to their home or asking a relative to bring it to them.
  • Friday and Weekend Orders: Parcels will not be dispatched until the following Monday if you place an order on a Friday or weekend.
  • Provide Detailed Information: Please provide as much detail as possible, including ward, room number, level, and recipient's phone number for successful delivery.
  • Delivery Time Requests: Unfortunately, we cannot accept specified delivery times due to scheduling with other deliveries throughout the day.

Delivery

  • Local Ballarat Delivery: We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for local delivery within 5 km.
  • Standard Postage: A flat rate of $14.95 for standard postage within Australia.
  • Express Postage: For urgent deliveries, we provide express postage for $20.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia.

Handling Times

We aim to dispatch your gift box within 1-2 business days of your order. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or public holiday will be sent on the next available business day.
Yes, during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, please allow a few extra business days for your order to be processed.

Delivery Times and Important Information

Yes, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all delivery, address, and contact information is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect details.
Once your parcel is in the hands of the couriers, it is their responsibility to deliver it within the provided timeframe. We do not assume liability for delayed or lost packages.
Yes, we use Australia Post for shipping our gift boxes and will provide tracking details once your item is lodged with them.
All local deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday. For urgent local delivery, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Product Availability

If a product is unavailable, we will replace it with an item of equal value and likeness. Please note that some product styles or colors may differ from the images used in our advertising.
